The Somatic Integration Mentorship Track is designed for individuals who would like personal guidance integrating somatic healing practices into their lives or professional work.
This mentorship is open to both students of the Inner Wellsprings trainings and practitioners or individuals from other backgrounds who resonate with somatic approaches to healing and personal development.
Through a structured mentorship container, participants receive individualized support applying somatic principles to their own healing process, professional development, or practitioner skills.

A structured 3-session private mentorship container guided by Shana
Meeting every other week for three 75 minute one on one mentorship sessions to clarify and activate your personal growth process.
This mentorship is open to both students of the Inner Wellsprings trainings and practitioners or individuals from other backgrounds who resonate with somatic approaches to healing and personal development.
Through a structured mentorship container, participants receive individualized support applying somatic principles to their own healing process, professional development, or practitioner skills.
