- Complete 6- 75 minute deep dive mentoring sessions with Shana that include a combination of personal healing sessions, spiritual and/or professional mentoring, and supervision sessions on client cases for those allready seeing clients or those wanting to begin a practice.
- Weekly check ins relating to personal work that you will be given between sessions to guide your personal and professional process.

3 Somatic Therapy Core courses and 2 Elective Somatic Therapy Courses must be completed for Masters Somatic Therapy Practitioner Certification.
Current Core Somatic Therapy Practitioner courses offered which are required for both the Advanced and Masters Certifications are:

PRIVATE SESSIONS REQUIREMENT DETAILS
(required for Masters Certification and optional for Advanced Certification)
6- 75 minute Mentorship Sessions are required for the Masters Somatic Therapy Practitioner certificate where Shana will provide you with personal and professional support. The sessions are used for both personal and professional coaching as well as for space to allow for a healing process that is catered toward your individual healing needs and blocks. Participants will receive personal work in between sessions to support their healing and growth process according to their specific needs and goals
CASE STUDIES REQUIREMENT DETAILS
(for Masters Certification only)
6 case studies for the Masters Certificate on practice sessions that you completed with friends/family/pre-existing clients must be submitted using the form that you will receive. Throughout your program you will receive feedback and supervision guidance from Shana on these cases. Your case study reports will ask you to summarize:
- the presenting issue/background information of the client
- the process you took the client through
- changes that you noticed in the client after the session
- follow up recommendations/other observations/remaining questions that you had after the practice session
