About the Basic Course
In the basic 3 session course Shana teaches the theory and practical implementation of her system for helping her clients heal the root issues behind self defeating food habits and addictions. After the 3 classes participants will be able to utilize the core skills needed to continue their journey of learning the habit change techniques that Shana uses with people to rewire the brain so that a person can actualize their new desired habits for the long term.
