Our Philosophy & Approach
Individualized. Unlike most one size fits all detoxes, this detox will enable you to create a detox plan that meets your needs and optimizes your healing to avoid wasting time and money or even harming oneself with a mismatched protocol.
Tool-centered. During detox many emotional blocks that have been suppressed for years rise to the surface. That is why this detox includes learning powerful tools to release these emotional blocks. Without this, the full healing power of detoxing can be significantly limited.
Results-oriented. This detox usually brings people quick results such as weight loss, freedom from food cravings, healing of dis"ease" symptoms, and profound emotional shifts.
Sustainable. We focus on replacing old food habits with new empowering ones using techniques that allow these habits to fully integrate and support participants in maintaining their new level of health after the detox.

Shana has been helping clients break through their food obsessed behaviors and chronic health issues over the past two decades as a Naturopath, Nutritional Advisor, Detox Specialist, Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner.
Her training in a variety of disciplines and modalities has helped heal her own eating disorder and chronic health issues as well as develop an integrated system that has enabled hundreds of women reclaim their power and manifest radiant health. |

Food Preparation
- the detox is designed to require minimal food preparation if desired
- many options for the detox are given by Shana at the start of the course to allow for easy food preparation and personal choice
Flexibility And Ease During The Detox
- you will be able to build your detox plan using Shana's instructions according to what will work for your life and health circumstances
- the detox is intentionally designed to be simple and easy for someone with a busy lifestyle
Types Of Foods On The Detox
- instructions are given for doing the detox using either raw foods or cooked foods or a combination of both
- participants will be taught which foods promote faster detox and which foods will promote a slower more gradual detox so that they can make an informed choice about what detox is right for them
Animal Products
- since food containing concentrated fats (nuts and seeds) and animal products (animal meats, eggs, and dairy) slow down detox, participants are encouraged to take out or reduce intake of fats and animal products during the detox
- a detox option that includes some fats and/or animal products will be given for those wanting this option
Herbal Recommendations
- herbal recommendations are given for certain health situations but are not required

- a private consultation with Shana will be available at an additional cost for those wanting or needing more individual guidance (there will be a limited number of spots available for these private sessions)
Refunds
- you may receive a full refund (minus a 5% processing fee) up until 7 days prior to the course
- after 7 days prior to the course there are no refunds
- any refund requests for extenuating circumstances during the 7 days prior to the course may be considered by Shana on a case by case basis if a written request is submitted before the course start date
