Individualized. Unlike most one size fits all health workshops, this course will enable you to create a plan that meets your needs and optimizes your healing to avoid wasting time and money or even harming oneself with a misguided action.
Tool-centered. During this course emotional blocks that have been suppressed for years rise to the surface. That is we spend time learning powerful tools to release these emotional blocks. Without this, one frequently limited in their ability to fully reach their goals.

Naturopath, Spiritual Mentor, and NLP Master Practitioner
Shana has been guiding individuals over the past two decades as a naturopath, nutritional consultant, wellness empowerment coach, and yoga and meditation teacher. Drawing on wisdom from a variety of schools of thought including naturopathy, neuroscience, mind-body healing modalities, and neuro linguistic programming, Shana’s unique approach empowers her clients with the tools and knowledge to actualize radiant health of body, mind, and soul. She teaches on many topics including eating for vibrant health, mind body healing, emotional empowerment, accessing spiritual power, rewiring habits, and regenerative detoxification as well as sees clients online and from her Jerusalem clinic.

- The nutritional principles taught require minimal food preparation if desired.
Types of Foods Recommended
- Many nutritional healing approaches and types of foods are offered by Shana at the start of the course to allow for one to easily find the next steps that are right for them as they move forward and stabilize in new habits.
- There is an emphasis on encouraging participants to move away from processed, acidic, inflammatory, and chemically rich foods.
Flexibility And Ease During The Course
- You will be able to build a personal plan for yourself using Shana's instructions according to what will work for your life and health circumstances.
- The healing practices taught are intentionally designed to be simple and easy for someone with a busy lifestyle.
Herbal Recommendations
- Basic herbal recommendations may be given for certain health situations but are not required.
Participants needing more individual support
- A private consultation with Shana may be recommended at an additional cost for those wanting or needing more individual guidance (there will be a limited number of spots available for these private sessions).
Refunds
- You may receive a full refund (minus a 10% processing fee) up until 7 days prior to the course.
- After 7 days prior to the course, there are no refunds.
- Any refund requests for extenuating circumstances during the 7 days prior to the course may be considered by Shana on a case by case basis if a written request is submitted before the course start date.
