About this Course
In our 3 week Food Freedom Mindset module we'll cover:
- Understanding root causes of addictive behaviors and beginning the process of healing emotional/addictive eating habits
- Learning how to reconnect to and access our inner wisdom in our daily food choices without over thinking about food
- How to get out of the rollercoaster of emotional highs and lows
- Releasing the addiction to external validation and implementing real self-love and self-acceptance
- Learning how to be in a state of non-compulsive enjoyment
Included in this Course:
- Three 75-minute online group sessions (for three consecutive weeks).
- Custom learning materials to help you master the classroom lessons.
- Optional additional online support sessions and group chats.
